Your data license. VERTEX doesn't subscribe to market data feeds itself. Instead, you connect your own Alpaca account so market data is fetched under your data license. This means no exchange redistribution fees for us — and no data-selling for you.

VERTEX can only read data — it NEVER trades or withdraws. are held in server memory for the duration of your browser session. They are never written to disk, never logged, never committed to code, and never shared with any third party. Close your browser, and the keys are gone. See Terms §11.
